Na’ama Ore is a professional senior executive and social entrepreneur with expertise in building and optimizing organizational strategy, change management, and leadership. In her various roles, she has been working both in the United States and in Israel, developing a broad knowledge and familiarity with American Jewry and their relationship with the State of Israel. She recently returned to Israel from Boston where she served as Regional Director of IAC (Israeli American Council) with the goal of establishing and leading a non-profit organization that focuses on strengthening the Jewish and Israeli identities of Israeli-Americans in the Greater Boston area .Ms. Ore developed and headed the vision and strategic plan to attain social change, focusing on educating the next generation of Jewish Americans and Israelis on Zionism and Jewish values.  Prior to her time spent abroad, Ms. Ore worked for 17 years at Clalit Health Services in various senior positions such as Operations, Quality, and Strategic Planning. Her last position was Head of the Human Resource Planning Division at the Clalit headquarters, a division she established in 2009.

Ms. Ore has served as an activist and lay leader in several social organizations. Among them, she serves today as a member of the Board of Directors of the Kfar Galim youth village, and was a regional chairperson in Ladies Circle International (LCI). She earned an M.A. at Harvard University in public administration. In addition, she holds an M.A in information and knowledge management and a B.A. in logistics from Bar Ilan University
