MK Tamar Zandberg

Tamar Zandberg, a Member of Knesset from Meretz since 2013, is running for the head of the party. Today she is head of the Committee for the Struggle against Drug and Alcohol Abuse, and is a leader is the struggles for human rights, separation of religion from state policy, sustainable public transportation, environmental protection, peace, co-existence, and the defense of democracy. In the past Ms. Zandberg served on the Tel Aviv municipal council and as a parliamentary advisor to MK Ran Cohen.
